How do I clean my jewelry?
Sterling Silver, Bronze, and Gold Fill will develop a natural patina over time due to exposure to body oils, moisture and humidity. To increase the longevity of your jewelry, it is best to avoid contact with water, lotion, perfumes and any other liquids. Store individual pieces of jewelry in sealed zip-close baggies.

Gently clean using warm water and a mild dish soap. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth and gently polish with a polishing cloth.

Are you open to custom orders?

Can I refund or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we'd be happy to exchange your unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Sorry, but shipping is not included in exchanges. All items returning to YEAR 901 must be shipped back securely and the same way it was sent (ie. bubbler mailers, tracking number). YEAR 901 is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping. Please email info@year901.com if you have issues with your order. No exchanges on custom, engraved, hand stamped, and solid gold items. All 901funhouse items are final sale. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We are a small business and refunds can be difficult for us. Thank you for understanding our refund rules.

How long does shipping take?
We try really hard to keep most items in-stock and ready to ship. In-stock items ship within 3-5 days and made to order item require 4-6 weeks.

Shipping options for domestic orders:

  • USPS First Class Mail includes tracking number. Delivery is generally 3-5 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail includes tracking number and up to $50 of insurance. Delivery is generally 2-3 business days.

Shipping options for international orders:

  • USPS First Class Mail - International includes tracking number throughout the US only. International orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

  • USPS Priority Mail - International includes tracking number throughout the US and destination country. International orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

YEAR 901 is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, or missing items marked as delivered. If you have any concerns about a missing item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery date. Thank you for understanding. Adding insurance is highly recommended, please email info@year901.com to do so.

Any packages that are returned to sender and need to be re-directed will incur a shipping fee.

I can’t make it to the jewelry-making workshop. Can I refund my ticket?

Sorry, there are no refunds on workshop tickets. We suggest trying to sell your ticket or gifting it.
